Lawrence and his team completely exceeded our expectations! We hired them for an exterior fireplace renovation, along with a few other small projects in our home, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, their communication was flawless-we always knew what to expect, and kept us informed all along the way.
One of the highlights of working with Lawrence's team was their incredible designer, who took the stress out of decision making. She helped us select the most beautiful tile and marble and even guided us in choosing some lighting fixtures.

While we didn’t end up using Efficient Renovations for our roof project, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and communication. Lawrence and his team partnered with another APN Signature Member, Mighty Dog Roofing, to help us troubleshoot a unique issue for the City of Chandler. Although their proposed solution wasn’t quite the right fit for our needs, their willingness to collaborate and provide thoughtful input was greatly appreciated.
