I was first introduced to Josh through Bob Flecken in my final stages of dealing with a dishwasher leak. Josh did me a favor without knowing me - this kind of old-school customer service is rare these days, and he earned my trust immediately.
Because of that experience, I later had his team return to inspect all of our drains, service our hot water heater, and provide recommendations for a water softener and a reverse osmosis system (which we hired them to install). They were fantastic from start to finish - professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home (and helped me get my AirPod that fell behind the stove).
Josh and his team value relationships and customer service as much as they do quality workmanship, and their pricing was very fair!
